Requests related to maintenance of your room is coordinated by a few departments on campus. Please read the information below to identify the proper manner to make your request. Your request will likely fit into the category of furniture, physical structure, locks/keys, or technology. In all cases, please be sure to provide detailed information about your concern and do so in a respectful manner. Thank you!
Furniture
To place a request to fix broken furniture, please e-mail Housing Services at cua-housing@cua.edu.
Technology
For concerns about technology issues, please proceed to http://help.cua.edu and complete a request. These concerns may include network troubles, telephone, and/or physical cable connections.
Locks/Keys
For problems related to the key to your room or the locks in the doors, please contact your Residence Hall Office.
Physical Structure
For concerns about the physical structure of the room (heating, A/C, windows, doors, etc), please proceed to http://qbic.cua.edu and complete a work request through Facilities Maintenance Operations (FMO).
